E-Cigs do not violate Kansas Clean Air Act

Postby Greendogo » Wed Nov 16, 2011 6:49 am

Here's a link shared earlier this month at "www.e-cigarette-forum.com".

Mr. Gary E. Rebenstorf, Professor of Law and City Attorney in Wichita, Kansas apparently requested clarification from the state's attorney general as to whether or not the "e-cig" would or could violate the "Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act".

The conclusion is that E-Cigarettes are not, legally, cigarettes and their form and function does NOT violate the Kansas Indoor Clean Air Act.

This is good news for Kansans!
