The Bill is in front of the senate today (for real). For us California based suppliers we need to have clarity on what this means for us, if it is even passed at all. I will be checking in on this bill all day.. to see where it lands.

SB 882 http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/cgi-bin/postq ... type=email

STATUS http://www.leginfo.ca.gov/pub/09-10/bil ... tatus.html

This Bill Passed Yesterday 9 votes for and 0 against: Making is a crime to sell Electronic Cigarettes to Minors in California and allowing Local and state government to treat Electronic Cigarettes as a tobacco product which to sell requires a license. I think I'm reading it right. I'm surprised that no one hear besides me has posted this yet..

It would be great if someone who knows a bit more about reading legal mumbo jumbo from the CASAA could comment on this.
